Refund Policy of Zetta Education
At Zetta Education, we strive to ensure that our learners have a positive learning experience. However, we understand that sometimes circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review the following refund guidelines:
Refund Eligibility:
Students who have not spent any time on the course and wish to withdraw from the course will be eligible for a refund of 80% of the amount paid for that particular course.
Students who have spent more than 10 minutes engaging with the course content (such as watching videos, taking quizzes, or viewing materials) will not be eligible for a refund, as they are considered to have utilized the course resources.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, students must contact us via email at official.zettaeducation@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
The refund will be processed once we confirm that the conditions mentioned above are met.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Exceptions:
Zetta Education reserves the right to modify or decline refund requests if they fall outside of the guidelines mentioned above or if the course has been completed.
No refunds will be issued for services or materials provided by third-party partners.
