Terms and Conditions for Zetta Education

1. Introduction Welcome to Zetta Education! By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern your use of the services provided by Zetta Education, including courses, materials, and related content. Please read them carefully.

2. General Terms

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 10 years old or have parental consent to use the platform.

  • Account Registration: To access the courses and resources on Zetta Education, you must create an account and provide accurate information during registration.

  • Changes to Terms: Zetta Education reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.

3. Payment Terms

  • For Students:

    • Courses will be available for login after purchase.

    • After purchasing a course, students can log in and access the course content.

    • Only one login is allowed to enter inside each course.

    • The time period for accessing the course will be specified during purchase, after which access will be revoked.

    • All course content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

  • For Instructors:

    • Zetta Education retains 30% of the revenue generated from the courses.

    • Instructors will receive 70% of the revenue, which will be paid to them on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the agreement.

    • Payments will be made after the revenue has been processed and reached ≥ 1000(NRs)

    • Payments will be processed in accordance with the laws of Nepal, after deducting the applicable taxes that are paid to the Government of Nepal.

4. Course Content and Copyright

  • All course materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, documents, and quizzes, are owned by Zetta Education or the respective course instructors.

  • Students and instructors agree that all course content is protected by copyright law and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission from Zetta Education.

5. Instructor Terms and Conditions

  • Course Creation: Instructors are responsible for the content and delivery of their courses. They must ensure that the materials provided comply with copyright laws and are of high educational quality.

  • Revenue Share: As stated in the payment terms, instructors will receive 80% of the revenue generated from their courses, with 20% retained by Zetta Education.

  • Conduct: Instructors must maintain a professional attitude, interact respectfully with students, and respond to queries within a reasonable timeframe.

  • Termination of Agreement: Zetta Education reserves the right to remove an instructor’s content or terminate their account if they violate the platform’s policies or terms.

6. Student Terms and Conditions

  • Access to Courses: Students will be granted access to the courses only after completing the purchase process. Once a course is purchased, the student can log in to access the content. However, access is limited to a specific time period, and once the access expires, the student will no longer be able to log in.

  • Use of Course Materials: Students are prohibited from copying, sharing, or distributing any course materials without explicit permission from Zetta Education or the course instructor.

  • Refunds: Refunds are provided in accordance with Zetta Education’s refund policy, which may be subject to specific terms based on the type of course or situation.

7. Data Protection and Privacy

  • Your personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Zetta Education will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that may arise from using the platform or accessing course content. Users are responsible for ensuring that they meet the technical requirements to access the platform.

9. Termination of Account

  • Zetta Education reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account if the user violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any inappropriate conduct.
